You are the new marketing manager to The Waters Bottling Company (WBC) of Munsonville, NH. They have never done any marketing for their water before so they will need to be educated as to the role of marketing in their company’s success. They started their company last year and want to “do it right” according to their president and founder, Dr. M. Waters. (The M stands for Muddy so he prudently only uses the initial. He also is rather fond of Blues music, which he would like to incorporate into the marketing plan in some way.) They want to sell their crystal clear, granite filtered mountain water to the “right” market. It is your job to identify that target market. At this point, they don’t even know how the product should be packaged or have a name to identify it. You will get to make that determination and carry that product through the entire Marketing Plan.
Imagination and creativity combined with solid marketing concepts will be the basic framework for your report. They will be relying on you for all of the details to make this product successful. They are well funded and ready to bring this product to market, with your help and guidance.
Use the attached Marketing Planning Guide to build your marketing plan for their naturally mineral rich pure mountain water. Be sure to relate the marketing concepts/ theories to this product/ company as you build the marketing plan over the length of the course. The competed sections of the marketing plan will be submitted in the Dropbox for each module. Use each of the outline items as headers/ subheads for your analysis. Be concise and apply each of the appropriate concepts to the WBC scenario.

In concert with the mission of the University, the College of Nursing faculty affirms our belief in educating nurses within a dedicated and supportive community of Christian nurse scholars. The nursing programs prepare graduates to provide excellent, holistic care while encouraging a passion for achievement, a lifelong curiosity for knowledge, and pursuit of advanced professional degrees.
The AACN Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practiceguides the curriculum for the baccalaureate program. The AACN’s The Essentials of Master’s Education for Advanced Nursing Practice, Advanced Nursing Practice: Curriculum Guidelines and Program Standards for Nurse Practitioner Education, NONPF and AACN Nursing Practitioner Primary Care Competencies in Specialty Areas, NONPF Domains and Competencies of Nurse Practitioner Practice, and NACNSStatement on Clinical Nurse Specialist Practice and incorporatesEducation provide structure for the curriculum content of the master’s program. The College of Nursing curriculum is designed to facilitate the students’ abilities to creatively respond to continuously changing health care systems throughout the world. Educational experiences are planned to meet the needs of and to empower both students and clients. Professionalism, ethical decision making, accountability, critical thinking, and effective communication are emphasized. This is achieved through the application of liberal arts constructs, science, health and nursing theories, and the values of the Christian faith within the scope of nursing knowledge and evidence-based practice. Nursing practice promotes human dignity through compassionate caring for all human beings, without consideration of their gender, age, color, creed, lifestyle, cultural background, and other visible or invisible boundaries between students, faculty, and clients.
The faculty of the College of Nursing is accountable for the quality of the educational programs and for the promotion of safe and effective nursing through teaching, service, and collaboration with other professionals and consumers of care. The following statements reflect the philosophical beliefs of the faculty in relation to the concepts of health, environment, person, and nursing:
Health is the central focus of nursing. Health is a dynamic aspect of being that incorporates physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social dimensions.
All humans interact with the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social environments in which they work, play, and live. The nursing role is to help provide healthy and safe environments so that persons may live in optimal health.
We believe that all people are accepted and loved unconditionally as children of God. In the baccalaureate program, clients are considered to be individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations. In the master’s program, clients include in addition organizations/systems. Human diversity is cherished. Spirituality is conceived as vertical and horizontal relationships with God and humanity. These relationships give hope and meaning to life now and in the future.
Baccalaureate nursing practice incorporates the roles of assessing, critical thinking, communicating, providing care, teaching, and leading. The caring professional approach includes the values of autonomy, altruism, human dignity, integrity, and social justice with unconditional regard for all people. Nursing practice includes health promotion, disease prevention, early detection of health deviations, prompt and adequate treatment of the human response to acute and chronic illness, and compassionate care for those experiencing death.
Master’s nursing practice expands upon baccalaureate nursing concepts to include clinical practice knowledge, coaching/mentoring/teaching, consulting/collaborating, advanced leadership, and nursing education with a focus on research and quality assurance, critical thinking, spirituality, diversity, caring, and life-long learning. The advanced professional nursing role relies on best practices and evidence-based research with a focus on evaluation of health, outcomes, and processes.
Nursing education is theory driven. Theories are derived from the humanities, sciences, and Biblical concepts. Nursing knowledge, theory, research, and health promotion are influenced by spiritual perspectives, and ethical, legal, political, historical, and social influences. The faculty values excellence in teaching with an individual focus on the learner. Teaching includes a variety of methods, learning modalities, and practice situations. Faculty provide opportunities for students to give comprehensive care to diverse client populations, and the learning environment is created and arranged to meet individual learning outcomes that are consistent with the College of Nursing program outcomes. The College of Nursing supports life-long learning endeavors and fosters an appreciation of diversity among traditional and nontraditional learners. Students are educated to provide, direct, and evaluate client-centered care while focusing on the person as an integrated whole.

This week’s reading assignments include chapters relating to the provision of psychological treatments in correctional settings. Chapter 12 discusses the findings of Boothby & Clements (2000) survey of psychologists working in state and federal correctional facilities across the U.S. Increasingly, the prison populations reflect a high number of inmates suffering from identified mental illnesses. This presents issues for corrections personnel who are responsible for the safety of prisoners as well as the safety of staff. The goals of the correctional psychological service providers may not be consistent with the overall goals of the institution. The mental health status of offenders impacts staffing considerations, both in number and in skills, of incarceration facilities. Large populations of inmates with mental health issues can impact the stress levels of staff, which can influence their job performance as well as their interpersonal relationships.
Address the following points in your paper
Discuss the impacts of the psychological make–up of offenders has on the functional responsibilities of incarceration facilities. Discuss how the biases and assumptions of correctional service providers influence their assessment of and interaction with these offenders. Explain your findings within the continuing context of the endogenous and exogenous theories of criminal behavior and the analysis of how our biases and assumptions influence our assessments of individuals. Correlate your findings to the cultural-based behavior patterns specific to segments of the population with an evaluation of the potential impact and intervention strategies utilized to reduce the impact of stress on law enforcement personnel. For this week’s assignment, you will write a 2-3 page essay about female gang members. Be sure to address all prompts and cite your sources in APA format. This is worth 80 points, so be thorough and give your best effort. Most researchers conclude that female gang members make up roughly 10% of all gang members. However, these estimates vary depending upon who collects the data. Female gang members are extremely capable of committing violent criminal acts; however, their motivation and reasons differ from those of their male counterparts (Delaney, 2013). As research and understanding of female gangs is imperfect or lacking, the criminal justice system would benefit by developing new methods for dealing with the increasing number of female gangs. To be effective, law enforcement officials should first acknowledge the existence of female gangs, and then develop better training for police officers to identify the female gang members they come into contact with. Unfortunately, few police departments have developed programs to specifically deal with female gang members (Delaney, 2013). Please write a 2-3 page paper (not including title and reference pages) that includes the following: Explain female gang members’ families and their structures. Describe female gang members’ roles and behavioral expectations within the microcosm of the gang. You should include concepts discussed in the book including: • Dysfunctional home family. • Pregnancy. • Starting one’s own family. Cite properly per APA in-text and reference list protocols.
